I read about some great tips from https://www.sridevihospital.com on relieving back pain during pregnancy. First of all, do not sit anywhere without a cushion or pillow to support your back. Prop your feet on to a small stool and allow them to rest. Choose the right pillows to sleep on. And finally, please be a little cautious in your movements.
